Web Returns Policy

Any product found to be faulty may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Please contact us using the contact us page to arrange a return.

Items bought online through our secure web purchase system may be returned to our web sales team at the following address, along with a covering note and proof of purchase:

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND FAILED DELIVERY POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to Web@bemoregeek.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days for an exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, alongside the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will provide an exchange as required.

4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

- in the event that the product has been used / opened.

- in the event that the items packaging has incurred slight or repairable issues whereby the actual product is undamaged

- in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed

- any digital purchase is non-refundable.

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

4.5 In the event of an item is returned to the business, due to a failed delivery (i.e multiple attempts by courier or Royal Mail) or ordered in error/change of mind. The item will be refunded less the shipping cost of £3.99. This applies regardless of whether shipping was charged or free when order was placed.

In Store Purchase Returns

BMG NE Limited wants our customers to buy with confidence and as such we offer a 3 day games return policy if the item is not suitable as purchased. We will offer a credit note or exchange of the same value in exchange as long as valid proof of purchase is provided and the item is returned as sold.

This is limited to one return transaction per customer and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to offer this service at the store managers discretion. 

Digital Purchases

Once a digital code has been issued these are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

We aim to dispatch all pre-orders with the aim of arriving by release day. These are sent out via DPD next day delivery service, this is dependent on the actual day of dispatch. 

Lost Items

While the vast majority of our orders arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch, occasionally parcels can be held up or become lost in transit. Whilst we hope this is not the case, if your order has not yet arrived we kindly ask that you take the following steps before contacting us:

Has my order definitely been dispatched?

You will receive dispatch confirmation from Be More Geek to your email address when this has been processed for delivery. You will also receive confirmation of shipping once your order has been accepted by DPD. This email will be sent to you directly from DPD.

Your mail server may redirect our mail to your junk/spam box. You can also view your order's progress through your online account. Your order will show as processing until this has been dispatched, at which point the delivery status will be updated.

Digital Purchases

Any product marked as a digital purchase will be sent out via email, and appear in the My Account section as soon as your order has been confirmed.

These should be with you within a hour of your order being placed, however your order may be delayed if this is flagged as high risk from our payment providers - this will need manually approved and will be with you the next working day.

Order Tracking

For your convenience, it is possible to buy the latest merchandside and video games from Be More Geek without setting up an account. However, we recommend that you create a user account so that you can store your delivery and billing details, your payment details and be able to track your order.

For our standard deliveries you will be able to see when your item was dispatched. 

We recommend that all customer download the MyDPD app so that they can track any orders and receive updates direct from DPD
