Delivery Policy

Orders totalling £44.99 or under will be subject to a shipping fee (£3.99). Any orders totalling £45.00 or over will receive free shipping.

*All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm will be processed and dispatched for delivery that day (excluding Bank Holidays)

Orders will be shipped using DPD Group courier services. Customers will receive email updates direct from DPD on the progress of the delivery. DPD deliveries can also be tracked by downloading the DPD app, we recommend doing this to monitor your parcel.

DPD orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be processed and dispatched to DPD that same day and will be delivered the next day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm (Mon-Thurs) will roll over to the following day.

DPD orders placed Friday, before 2pm, will be delivered the next day (Saturday) or the following Monday. This is dependent on whether DPD Local deliver at weekends in your local area.

DPD orders placed after 2pm Friday – Sunday will be processed and dispatched Monday and delivered on Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Deliveries to areas offshore (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man/Wight, Jersey, Guernsey etc) will take at least 2-3 days, ruling out next day delivery.

Due to logistical restrictions all the following postcodes will be shipped to using Royal Mail services and exempt from next day delivery.

Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3--

We may send items out individually when an order contains multiple purchases, such as released or pre-released (Pre order) items, so you get your cool merchandise that little bit quicker.
